Methodology

The SIDA Index is based off the silver prices of the market's leading sellers ("MLS"). The Kitco 1 Oz bar; Northwest Territorial Mint (NWTM) 1 Oz Bar; and the American Precious Metal Exchange (APMEX) 1 Oz Bar are the products used as the pricing points. Once an hour, each MLS's website is monitored and the pricing points are used in the following formula:

SIDA =  ( H + H2
n + 1
)

Where:

H  =  The current hourly average price calculated as:
( Kh + Nh + Ah
3
)
Kh  =  Current hourly price of Kitco 1 Oz Bar
Nh  =  Current hourly price of NWTM 1 Oz Bar
Ah  =  Current hourly price of APMEX 1 Oz Bar
H2  =  The sum of the historical H values for the Day starting at 9:00 Eastern calculated as:
H2 =  n
Σ
i = 1
( Hp )
Hp = The historical H values for the Day starting at 9:00 Eastern
